Wealth Management Assistant
Laura Hosler, my dear wife, has given up her administrative career at Mayo Clinic in the Radiation Oncology department to come and help me in the firm. Yes, yes, she still likes me even though she works with me. Prior to Mayo, she worked for many years as a Financial Aid Administrator in Higher Education serving a large student body population adhering to Federal, State and Institutional regulations. And, as many of you know, she is a United States Air Force veteran as well. She is working administratively for HWM and as a Wealth Management Assistant to help me with a portion of the clients. She is a great addition to our team and brings both her compassion for helping others and love of life to the firm.
Wealth Management Assistant
Joni has been with us since last fall. We stole her away from Vanguard in the valley where she was actively involved in implementing
policies and procedures for their brokerage division as well as oversight from a compliance standpoint. She has 29 years’ experience in the financial service business and holds her Series 7, 8 and 4 licenses. She is doing a fantastic job in supporting our clients in all aspects of wealth management. Her knowledge and experience has given her the ability to handle any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Joni has two grown children and four grandchildren and was recently married to her husband, Lee.
Director of First Impressions
Sara comes to us with 20 years of experience serving customers in the magazine and media industry. Her position of administrative support, customer relations, and event coordination suits her bubbly, outgoing personality.
Sara relocated to the Prescott area in 2000 from Iowa. She has two children, Chance and Ryanne, who occupy a large portion of her time outside of work. She also has three “fur babies”: Jude, JoJo, and Hannah. Sara enjoys spending time in her garden and riding ATVs.
Joyce works part-time on a seasonal basis at Hosler Wealth Management, LLC, providing extra help in the office, working on “special projects,” and making sure that things run smoothly during the tax season from January to April.
Joyce worked full-time in our office for seven years until August 2014, when she retired to spend more time with her three children and four grandchildren. The strong bond she created with our clients, with her ever-present bubbly personality, meant that everyone was happy to see she is still an integral part of our team.
When she is not working, Joyce loves to travel and spend time with family and friends in Michigan. She loves basketball, ice hockey, and football and can often be seen cheering on her favorite teams.
Bobby is a professional tax accountant who joined us earlier this year. He comes to us with over 16 years of tax and accounting experience. He graduated from ASU in May of 2000 and has been developing his career in the tax and accounting trades ever since. His previous experience includes working for one of the larger regional firms in the valley, which provided a wealth of knowledge in the various areas of taxation, tax compliance and accounting. He loves working with clients and finds a great deal of satisfaction in solving their tax problems. We are fortunate to have his experience and expertise and we welcome him to our team.
